About Holistic Strength

After 12 years as a professional Mixed Martial Artist, I have both seen and experienced a multitude of ways in which myself and people around me have tried to get fitter and stronger. Learning from these experiences - both mistakes and triumphs - has led me towards a more holistic way of life. 
Living by the rules, "Eat healthy, lift heavy, and get outdoors", has enabled myself and my clients to get the most out of life, including the relationship with oneself, and the friends and family we are lucky enough to be around.

WHAT IS A HOLISTIC COACH?

Holistic means that all parts of something are interconnected. Within the context of personal training, it means that I incorporate mindset, confidence and diet with physical fitness in order to get the best out of you.
