Lift Heavy
Lifting heavy is one of the most efficient ways to get strong, increase bone density, and look incredible.
If you are completely new to lifting, my advice is to start from the very beginning. Hire a coach (I'm here to help) and create a solid base of movement, mostly bodyweight, balance and stability.
As you improve your technique, you can start adding appropriate weights, whether it be barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, or something a bit further afield such as sand bags or tree trunks.
Remember that weight lifting is here to help you, allowing you to spend more time with your family and keeping your body as healthy as possible.
